The International Photo 5 Award is indebted to the registration of a single tree that has taken root in the outskirts of Damavand, located in the village of Aro, for about 500 years. Every year in different seasons, this tree has been the subject of the photos of Abbas Kiarostami, the international director and photographer, the photos of this tree have been exhibited in the famous galleries of the world, including Georges Pompidou in Paris and the Museum of Contemporary Art in New York.
